Cannot open the Outlook window

If you are getting the error "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window." then try the following:
outlook.exe /resetnavpane
This will ask you which profile to load if you have multiple profiles, and then reset the nav pane! All sorted.
