Vmware physical to virtual disk

To create an image of a physical disk do the following:

1. create a *.vmdk file that describes the physical disk you wish to image
2. run `cmd.exe` with Administrator privileges
3. locate `vmware-vdiskmanager.exe` (C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation)
4. run the following command and wait!

vmware-vdiskmanager.exe -r <source.vmdk> -t 0 <destination.vmdk>
