Save the cookie
wget --save-cookies ./cookie -O - URL> /dev/null
for rapidshare.com
wget --save-cookies ./cookie --post-data "login=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD" -O - https://ssl.rapidshare.com/cgi-bin/premiumzone.cgi > /dev/null
Use the cookie!
wget -c --load-cookies ./cookie URL
Useful parameters
-c is used to resume a previously started download
-i <filename> is used to read a file containing 1 URL per line
--limit-rate=<rate>k is used to limit the download rate
