You need to run qconn which relies on pdebug.
qconn is probably in /usr/sbin
[edit] Host Setup
- Run Momentics
- Enter the 'QNX System Information perspective'
- Right click in the 'Target Navigator' pane, and click 'New QNX Target...'
- Enter the IP (default port of 8000 is usually correct)
- It should connect!
