Using wget to retrieve files that require you to be logged in
Save the cookie
wget --save-cookies ./cookie --post-data "login=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD" -O - URL > /dev/null
Use the cookie!
wget -c --load-cookies ./cookie URL
-c is used to resume a previously started download
-i filename is used to read a file containing 1 URL per line
